The Property Lunch — Step into Your Potential

A sold-out afternoon at The Back House, Circus Circus, Mt Eden, with women shaping their futures through property.

Hosted by Jo Johnson, Property Wealth Coach, and Sally McCormack, Property Coach, The Property Lunch was a wonderfully successful afternoon of good food, honest conversation and genuine connection.

Guest speaker Sarina Gibbon LLB, LLM, founder of Tenancy Advisory, spoke candidly about stepping into her full potential, about not being a part of someone else's plan, and no longer asking “Why?” but “Why Not!?”

After a series of life events — becoming mum to a 3-year-old conceived through IVF, and amassing 20 years of tenancy systems and law expertise — Sarina is now stepping into her potential to bring a well-balanced voice to the tenancy law space.

We were invited to present at the Elite School of Beauty & Spa, where we spoke with the women about the essentials of leasing, buying and renting property.

It was a wonderful opportunity to demystify property and encourage more women to take confident steps on their own property journey — whatever stage they're at.
